By accessing and using the website of Prosperity-Works (the "Site"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

The Site provides information regarding our Community-Based Professional Employer Organization (PEO) services. The content on this Site is for informational purposes only and does not constitute a binding offer to provide services.

Note: Actual PEO services, payroll processing, and benefits administration are governed by a separate Client Service Agreement (CSA) which must be signed by Founding Employers.

3. Not Professional Advice

The information contained on this Site (including the "Pacific County Gap" data and projected savings) is for general information purposes only. While we strive to keep the information up to date and correct, it should not be considered legal, tax, or accounting advice. You should consult with your own professional advisors before making financial decisions.

4. Intellectual Property

The Site and its original content, features, and functionality (including the Prosperity-Works logo, the "Gap" charts, and illustrations) are owned by Prosperity-Works and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Prosperity-Works, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Site.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

7. Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Site after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
